PET and CT Scans

Thank you everyone who replied to my message. It's especially good to hear that other things have lit up on a PET scan. I had FUDR pumped into my liver for six months after my resection, so the last place I expected to see anything was my liver--after waiting for over a year to have the resection and never seeing any new tumors during that time.
I am also in the process of getting a second opinion AND did have another CT scan done on Friday. I'm not going to request to see the report until I see the doctor. My schedule consists of nothing but medical and dental appointments. I have something every day this week. Visit to oncologist for discussion and Erbitux today, appointment with radiation oncologist tomorrow (part of second opinion process), second meeting with second-opinion oncologist Wednesday, ROOT CANAL on Thursday, and first treatment with Avastin on Friday. There's more next week too and the week after! More treatments, dental work, port-o-cath replacement, appointment with surgeon regarding possible removal of the HUGE lymph node in my neck. For most of these events I get to drive an hour into Boston too.
Well, I'll stop my griping. Thanks again for all the support. I'll keep you posted.
