The great nipple dilemna

Ok, so I had the nipple surgery done this past Friday, along with lower abdomenal scar revision. (bilater mast, tram flap immed on 2-4-04).
I could not make up my mind, but, finally decided to do it. When my doctor drew where they would be placed, I told him that I thought that he was putting them too low. And, that causes them to appear saggy. He promised me on Thurs and before surgery on Friday, that he would bring them up a notch, or the width of the nipples.
He did not do that and I am just devatated. The nipples look good, but, they are headed south. And, I just cannot stop crying. He had marked the area for the new nipple with purple marker and unless he redrew them in the surgical suite, the new nipples are right where he wanted them to be, and not where I wanted them.
Also, the revision of the scar was due to the appearance of the incision on my lower tummy, as if a belt was pulled tight, creating this really bad looking thing, dog ears or something....well, while it is better, it is still messed up. I have had three surgeries since Feb 4 and I am so over all this and tired to boot.
Does anyone here know if he can redo these nipples?

Hi Jan,
I am real sorry to learn of your doctors blatant disregard for your desired breast results. I have seen many surgical programs on Discovery Health. Any doctor/surgeon is qualified to do some plastic surgery. The Medical Community recommends Board Certified Plastic Surgeons, and Dr's with this after their degree (or similar): FACS, FACPS, FRCS. Apparently these acronyms indicate further experience in their feild. I think you shouldnt settle with what you are unhappy. Also, looking for a new surgeon may help, as well. Good luck!
