ADNEXAL CYST?

I'm a 4 year OVCA survivor, stage 1C. Had total hysterectomy, omentum, lymph nodes removed also. Six rounds of chemo. Just received a copy of my recent CT scan results. It showed a 2cm adnexal cyst ('as in previous test'). I had no idea this was present, so I'm surprised and concerned. Seeing my doctor tomorrow, but in the meantime, anyone familiar with this? It is 2cm and I have no symptomology that I'm aware of. I also had endometriosis since I was about 16. Any connection? Just wanted to get some feedback by this evening so I know what to ask the doctor tomorrow. My research on the internet is too vague. I know some of what I want to ask, but any other help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Bonnie, you don't know how much your message means to me. I just returned from the doctor. Although my CA125 went down from 25 to 24 to 22.3, the doctor detected something on the wall of the rectum that he will examine again on Friday. I am to take a laxative, clear liquids for the next two days so that I can be cleaned out really well. As for the adnexal cyst, he said the radiologists do not always use the proper terminology. It's really a lymphocele, and it was present before - no change so far. But now I'm really nervous and concerned about this other situation. To make matters worse, I just found out 2 weeks ago that my mom has cancer. I am taking her for a thyroid scan tomorrow and a colonoscopy Saturday. No way could I tell her about this possible situation with me. So I have shared it with my husband, not my daughters yet. They are dealing enough with their Grandma's situation right now. Well, I won't ramble. I just wanted to let you know how much your support means to me. God Bless you! Talk to you later.
