A new baby amidst all these problems
he is such a beautiful bundle of joy and has really brightened our lives already. This year has been so hard with my diagnosis and all we did half expect things to go wrong, so were so relieved by his safe arrival. it really gives me extra strength to fight this cancer- i now have a 6 week gap beofre having my op so can concentrate on the little one (named Samuel Peter Dinniss and weighing in at 7 lbs 7oz).
just goes to show that among all our problems great things continue to happen that makes all this fight worthwhile! Something for us all to remember through the hard times.

CONGRATS! on the new arrival. I've heard it said many times that when one door closes, another always opens. Enjoy yourself as much as possible before the surgery... I am so happy for you! I will keep you in my prayers and hope all goes well with the upcoming surgery...

Congrats to both of you Mommy and Daddy. The birth of a child some how makes all the other things going on with us go away. There is nothing like holding a child in your arms. Somehow it is so wonderful. I pray your surgery goes with minimal side affects. take care of all three of you. Its amazing how deep Love can be.
Blessings to all of you

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! The birth of a baby just seems to make all the problems go away. Enjoy that break with your family. I sure enjoyed my six week break. It goes fast, so enjoy each and every day of it. I will be having surgery Thursday, so say a little prayer for me. I will be remembering you and your new family in my prayers.
