BonnieRose,
Oh boy, I feel fear in your message. I know it well. Mine has been slowly creeping up, still with normal limits but inching up each month. I am still on maintenance therapy (Taxol) and I worry about how fast it will rise when I am no longer taking the treatments.
How high are your numbers? Mine were as low as 11 but have risen to 21 over the past year. The docs are not concerned BUT, it is not them! I think if the shoe was on the other foot they would think differently.
I cant take away your concern but I can pray for you and I will. Please let us know how things go.
Love,

BonnieRose:
I understand your anxiety and concerns. I have been cancer-free since September March 2000. But the last two CA125's have been going up. Just had a test last week, so I'll have to get those results to see how it's going. As with you, my doc is not concerned. I do know that I've had TONS of stress in my life this past year. And for the last month I've been fighting some kind of virus/infection. Anyway, lots of different factors involved, as you know. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Please keep us informed. Till then, just take care and take one moment at a time.

Hi BonnieRose, sorry to hear that you're having to go through all this. Has your doctor done a full blood profile on you to see if you might have a liver situation (or anything else) that could be causing the elevation?
I wish you the best of luck, and will send a prayer your way. I'm glad you're being very open with us, and hope it will ease your anxiety a bit.0 -
Good suggestion to all us. Yes we did a full blood and urine the first time the numbers jumped and everything appears in the normal ranges. We have just done the ca125 now monthly nothing else, and unfortunately it keeps climbing that ladder. Thank you all for your responses and I keep you all in my daily prayers also. This board really does help a person get through as well as the listserv. Do any of you get the ovarian listserv? Hope you all had a good easter.
