Hi all,
I just read in the paper this morning that breast cancer survivors with hot flashes and night sweats wrote in saying to use apple cider vinegar. It says to put one-half teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of tea (or other drink) once or twice a day..Has anybody ever tried this or heard of it?

Never heard of this but bet it would give you some severe episodes of heartburn before it would stop the hot flashes! Not for me!

    JoAnne,
let me know how it works out..I have not gotten the Apple Cidar Vinegar yet. My hotflashes are really not to bad, but I am starting to suffer from the night sweats and really not getting a good nights sleep...I hate that!
    Thanks guys,

Hi. My name is Joyce and I have suffered with hot flashes since my mastectomy in 1996. I finally found relief in Lecithin Soy Softgels. There is absolutely nothing in them that can hurt you and I had my Oncologist OK it for me before I ever tried the first one. Believe me, it will help hot flashes and night sweats. Good luck.
