Need Help! ref: swollen lymth node

I just found there is a 3cm swollen lymth node between my neck and right shoulder, no any pain.
is it a bad sign for lung cancer? I am so scared and my family are all worry about me. I am only 39 years old, I have no idea about it. I just took X-ray and blood test waiting for the result.
Can any one tell me this swollen lymth node is normal one or not? thank you in advanced!

    Talk to me. Have you been diagnosed with lung cancer? It is not clear in your post. If not..stay calm and many things can swell a node. I am a lung cancer survivor. Your age when diagnosed.

    Thank you so much for the response. i just got the result for X-ray and blood test today, Everything on the reports showing is ok. I have not been diagnosed with lung cancer before. but I had one TB Test showing positive six months before.I am not a smoker either. Is it possible that lymph node on my neck is left after any infection which happend before?
