Hi my name is Lindsy and i am a junior in high school. I am doing a paper on Breast cancer and i was wondering if I could get an interveiw with someone eho has or had breast cancer. I would appreciate it alot. thank you

    I went through the same course of treatment as you did. I was wondering if they found any cancer in your lump system?

    Hi Lindsy. I finished my cancer treatments this past July, and have had a clean bill of health since then (well, except for various colds and such). I would love to answer any questions you have for your paper. Great subject, I'm sure you'll not only learn a lot about cancer, but by sharing your paper, your peers will benefit too.     Lindsy, I would love to talk to you about my experience. I went thru two sessions of chemotherapy including participating in a trial and I was very lucky in that I didn't get sick at all. The drugs that are used now really help. I was able to work thru the whole six month ordeal. I believe very strongly in keeping a positive attitude-it's everything. I used a process that I call the "PacMan" process. I would love to tell you more. Sharon.

    I would love to help you with your paper. I had a lumpectomy & then a mastectomy & went through 6 chemo treatments. My mother had breast cancer & died at 55. I could share a lot with you. You can e-mail at maez1@att.net

    Sharon, I would like to hear more about this "Pac Man" process.

    hi my name is sandy.im 14 and my mother past away in april of 1999 i was only 9. and i have a sister . and we saw our mother pass away. we were very hurt , because during her chemo and surgueries we were there with her at all times and not wanted to leave a moment behind leaving her. she loved us very much. and so did we. having a sick mother with a non curable desease is hurrable. the kind of breast cancer my mom had wasnt curable. the doctors did their best . my mom was too week and wasnt able to handle all the treatments and everything else. now that my mother is passed , doctors have told me and my older sister that this cancer thing runs through th family... and my sister and i have a very high risk of getting it too. thats some little stuff i can tell you . so it can help you on your reprt. good luck.
