My brother was recently diagnosed with cancer in the empty lung cavity. He will be receiving chemo for the rest of his life. Can someone please tell me where I can find more info on this type of returning cancer? Thank you for any help!

I hadn't heard of that, but found this definition in a cancer encyclopedia on line: "There is also another type of cancer occurring in the lung cavity, but this is actually a malignancy of the lining of the lungs and is called 'mesothelioma.'" Maybe if you search under mesothelioma you will find some information. Please keep us posted on your brother. Margaret in Carlsbad, California0
