Telling a new boyfriend

I had a mastectomy 3 years ago and have an implant on one side. How do you go about telling a new guy who never knew you "before", especially when you don't want the relationship to change!?

Well the answer to your question is simple. Just come out and tell him.. If he is really worth your time he won't care if you had reconstruction or not. If he gets funny about it, get rid of him. You don't need someone like that in your life, but I think for the most part guys won't run away from you. They are a lot more sensitive to your feelings than you would expect. What ever you do don't be ashamed of it. I hope everything turns out well, I'm sure it will. nj250
