Fear of recurrence

Surprised to find a few patients with tonsil cancer on this site. I am 49, female, never smoke or drink. I lead a very healthy life as I am a school teacher so I was extremely shocked when knowing that I had stage 4 tonsil cancer in 9/2001. Thank God after the most inhumane battle of radiation and chemotherapy, I am back to my work now for more than half a year. Tonsil cancer is very very rare in the place I live-- Hong Kong. I am now much worried about its recurrence. Grateful if anyone can give me ideas of chances of recurrence and which part of body will it likely to spread to.
