OMG ... I was thrilled to know my bc has not recurred .... however, I was admitted to the hospital a week ago with a raging staph infection ... resulting from the bone biopsy. Let me tell you, I have been very sick in my life ... as you all know ... but NOTHING compares to the hell this week has been ... and I'm still fighting it ... I'm home ... feeling alot better, but still very tired and weak, and quite a road of recovery to travel now. I've got one thing to say ... give me a break ... lolololol! Hope all is well with you gals!!!! hugs and kisses, angie

I had it after one chemo treatment and almost died, it was so bad.But I recovered after lots of Vincamycin in the hospital since I lost consciousness...
At least you made it home and are on the
road to recovery, too! Congrats!!! Maggs

Oh my dear Angie, am I gonna have to just come over there and live with you? You can thank your friendly hospital for that staph thingy. Sue there ****. Hee hee, can't do that, you may need to go back. Anyway, I am so glad that your bone biopsy was negative I am STILL smiling. (Of course, I didn't have to go thru what you've been thru) Dear sister, you are most thoroughly loved, Gentle hugs, Shirlann

So sorry to hear this Angie! I got a staph infection in my lymph node incision after surgery. Like you, I thought I'd been sick before, but this was unbelievable. Take care of yourself and get lots of rest. It takes awhile to bounce back from it. I'm so glad you're back home and improving. Diane
