MY SISTER WAS AT THE DOCTORS TODAY AND HAS 2 LUMPS ON HER ARMPITS AND A LUMP ON HER BREAST, THERE IS ALSO A LUMP NEAR HER STOMACH. SHE HAS KNOWN OF ONE LUMP UNDER HER ARM FOR ABOUT A YEAR BUT DID NOTHING FOR IT. THE DOCTOR HAS ORDERED A MAMMOGRAM, ULTRASOUND, CHEST X-RAY AND BLOOD WORK. WHAT IS HAPPENING, SHES ONLY 26 YEARS OLD. HAS THE CANCER SPREAD FROM HER BREAST? ANY HELP OR INPUT WOULD BE SO APPRECIATED. I AM VERY AFRAID FOR HER. THANK YOU. PLEASE EMAIL ME.

Hi there. I'm not sure about what you mean. Has she already had breasr cancer? There are alot of tumors out there that are not cancer, but if she has already had breast ca. I would be a little concerned. Please let me know my e-mail is evansj22@bellsouth.net Judy0

Hi...I know you're scared, but try to slow down a little. You don't even know if it is cancer yet, so let's take one step at a time. Your sister has done the right thing by going to a Dr. Now, try to concentrate on each appointment for each test, and try not to think too far into the future. I know it sounds easy for me to say, but I remember being there. It boggles your mind too much to think of the "what if's", so try to calm yourself down a little. One step at a time. Please keep us informed about what is going on. We're here for you and your sister. I'll say some special prayers! God bless, Cyndi0

The main thing is, she went to the doctor. All he ordered is normal, he wants to help your sister. One test at a time, get the results and then the options. It may not be cancer at all. We all her know what it is like to be facing this dreadful desease, but we all are survivors here, we hope you keep us informed and we try to help you and your sister with any questions you might have. Give her your support, she will need it now.God bless , I will keep her in my prayers.Love Emmi0

Hey, first things first, take a deep breath and say a prayer. I would say chances are if the lump has been there a year and not grown much it's probably a lipoma (fatty tumor) not cancer. Hopefully the breast is just Fibrocystic breat disease, none of these are cancers. Keep us posted. Remember don't go borrowing trouble, take it all one day at a time, worrying won't help it just upsets you and your sister. Good luck and God bless. You and your sister are in my prayers.0

No one knows what can happen in such young women. We will hope that it isn't and it hasn't spread. She will need the support of a good sister while she sorts through this all, I hope you are up for it. Just think how scared she must be. I hope you will bring your sister here as well. Good luck to you both.
Be good to yourselves,

Thank God for a good doctor who has ordered just about every test you need right now. Try to get throught them one at a time, I'm sure your sister really appreciates having you and good luck with the results, hoping it is not cancer, because they really don't know until further testing! Keep us posted.0
