Where is everyone? this sight is to keep everyone on there toes,and informed.I know there are alot of survivors out there. Looking at the number (380) persns regesterd on this sight, I would think people are looking for hope and comfort.What we need is more input to make this sight work for the people who need it the most.I am a 10 year lung Cancer (both Lungs) Survivor.There is hope and cures,cancer can be BEAT. Lets hear from some other survivors. I dont care if you are at Post OP stage or at 6 month treatment stage.Every day is a plus. Lets share some stuf////Thanks for listening to me Bobz1

    I agree with you, I too am a 14 year surviver of lung cancer. I had it in both lungs (different kinds) and at that time there wasn't much support from anyone but friends and family. I would have loved to have heard from other survivers. You are right thhere has been a lot done for all cancers since I had mine. All they did for me ws remove 1/2 of my left lung and a little better than 1/4th of my right lung. When I left the hosp the first time they gave 13%chance to live. I beat all the
    odds, I signed on to this sight a while back and I have yet to hear from anyone.

    I to am a lung cancer surviver and I also had it in both lungs 3 1/2 years apart. two different kinds of cancer. My last bout was in 1991 the first time was in 1987, so you see I have been clear several years. You know I would have given anything to have had this computer when I was diagonosed I virtually had no one to talk to, I read everyting that I could get my hands on, they gave me a 13% chance to live, but that just goes to show you that they don't know. I'm real surprised that I don't hear from more people, I have written to everyone pretty much but have only heard from 1 person and I don't here from her anymore so I don't know what happened. There is never anyone in the chat room either which I find strange.
