Vicky...and to anyone else interested...
Skylar is great. He is getting bigger and stronger. He did decide to throw up just now..but hey...he hasn't done that in a while, maybe he wasn't ready to eat yet. I am going to be putting up a pic for you to see of him, I'll let you know.
I finished my 3rd Taxol treatment today, 3 down, nine to go. I get a break next week...YEA!!!! So far so good. Take care and thanks for asking about me Vicky. Sorry I didn't write sooner, things just a bit hectic around here these days..but wouldn't want it any other way. :-)
Thinking of you all,
Angel

Hi Angel,
I was away when your 'big event' took place. So happy the baby is doing fine - you are one very brave lady!
Remember the message I sent you long ago about the woman who had a baby with lots of hair while she was bald. I noted that you said Skylar had hair - what about Mom?
Wishing continued good progress for Mommy and Baby.
Hugs to you both, Jean0 -
Angel,
While I can imagine how difficult and worrisome you must be about Skylar, I want to assure you that babies do spit up. Perfectly healthy ones. My son spit up every meal until about the age of 8 months.
Your willingness to share the joys of Skylar flood me with memories of when my 2 children were babies. Some days I would just sit and hold them, gazing at them with awe. And from my perspective, my relationship with each of them has only gotten better.

hiya, Angel,
glad to hear all is well. i had to take Isaac to the doc last Tues. he was running a fever of 101 to 102 for a couple of days. turns out it was just a viral infection. he's fine now. just has the rash all over that means infection is gone. his appitite is not quite back to normal but it gets there each day. he's now pulling up on things. sometimes when he's in the play pen and pulls up he makes this sound--sort of like-"hey?". it's really cute. here's a BIG hug for you and gentle squeeze for Skylar. God bless. Vicki0 -
I am so glad you have Skylar and that you are both doing well.
I had 3 children and my baby will be 26 in Oct. He was 3 weeks early and had trouble eating, had to feed him 1/2 oz. every 1/2 hr.for a few weeks. and had 2 others to care for one 10 and one 4yrs old. I thought that was hard, but I am sure you have it hard also, but enjoy it like I did.
Please keep us posted, brings back good memories and I like to hear about your bundle of joy.
Good luck with your chemo and Skylar.

I guess I am just not used to the spitting up baby. My other son,now 2, never spit up. I am now constantly with a burp cloth ready for the event. I wouldn't have it any other way though. He is my precious piece of Heaven. How old are you children? I love my 2 so dearly it hurts.
God Bless,

Did you son have Roseola? My son had that, my 2 year old, had it when he was 4 months old. He had a fever of 103.. for about 2 days, then the rash set it. Pretty interesting stuff. I hope Isaac is better, he sounds like a cutie. I would love to see a pic of him. If you can send one, send it to my email address. ahaney@elp.rr.com
Take care and God Bless..

My goodness, 1/2 oz. every 1/2 hour.. must have been trying, but worth it I'm sure. So, how old are all your children?
I will keep you posted on everything. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
