Melatonin for Sleeping

I noticed a lot of people have sleeping issues. I never had trouble before my treatments but now ... well my husband always had trouble and used Melatonin. He finally got me to use it and it works for me. I drift off about 1/2 hour after taking it. I take 3 mg. I don't feel drugged in the morning and I've read reports that it is an Anti-Oxident. I suggest trying it. You can buy it pretty cheap at Wal-mart. Good luck. Jamie

Jamie,
Melatonin is exactly what my oncologist told me to take, since it has two benefits. It helps your body get into a natural sleep pattern naturally and has been shown to help with cancer. Always ask your doctor first, but mine was the one to suggest it.
God Bless,
