Need support from other caregivers

My name is Andrea. I am 35 mother of 3 and taking care of my mother who has been diognosed with Mesothelioma. If anyone would like to chat or if anyone has any sugestions,please contact me.

    Hi Andrea

    My name is Jezebel and I have 2 children. My husband has incurable cancer. I know the disease is not the same but the children bit and the caring bit is the same. Just to say hello and I don't know about you but I sometimes find things so difficult even though to everyone else I seem a pillar of strength. I hide my fears and worries to make everyone else feel better.What is Mesothelioma? Intrigued!

    Hi Jezebel,
    Thanks for your e-mail. Mesothelioma is cancer on the outer lining of the lung. It comes from asbestosis. My mother was exposed to asbestos through my father. I agree with you in the fact that the care and the children are the same. I try to have as much strength as possible but it gets really hard sometimes.     My name is Susan, I am takeing care of my father-in-law that was diagnosed 8 weeks ago with spinal cancer. Also , my mother-in-law is a stroke victim and invalid.So now I am careing for both of them.I have 5 boys and work full time, at least I did.I wish I had answers for you, but I am looking for them too.I would like to talk tho.
