Hi, my name is April, I am 32 and was diagnosed with cervical cancer when I was 21. Had bioposies done and came back stage 4. Had laser surgery done and so far things are okay. This was all done in about 3 weeks time. Nothing showed up when I had a pap about a month or so before my son was born but after the 6 week checkup things really went downhill. I was terrified!! Doctor told me not to have any more kids, but my husband and I wanted one more so 4 yours later she was born. Hope everyone is doing okay. If anyone needs to talk, I'm here to listen.

Hey, I'm a tarheel girl, too. I'm 27 and was diagnosed about seven months ago. I had a cone in Nov. and a hysterectomy in Dec.
I'm glad you have children! All those years I spent thinking that the worst thing in the world would be to get pregnant...Now here I am. Hope you're doing okay now!0 -
yes april i just went april 26th for biopsy on my cervix. im afriad that it will come back with cervical cancer. i have not had any children yet but i want to. i guess i was worried that i am not going to be able to bare children if it does come back with cancer. but according to what you said it is still possible. please can you give me anything positive if it comes back with cancer? joey/f/320
