My son passed away on Valentines Day 2002. He was only five years old. He had inoperable brain cancer and fought for two years, I miss him every single day and spend most days crying all the time, Do anyone feel the same? I have other children and they are wonderful I try not to cry around them all the time. I hurts so bad. Please help.

I am so sorry to hear about your son. I have not personally lost a child, but I know how hard it is to lose someone so close and so dear to your heart to cancer. Time really does help to heal your pain. Try to focus on the good times that you and your son have shared. It's okay to cry, greive, and miss him. May God bless you and your family and your little angel.0

I can't say I know how you feel, but I can say that losing a small child is the worst pain that I can imagine. It must hurt so much.
Give yourself a break. It's been what--a month? And you think you ought to be over it? For what it's worth, I say "cry and cry some more". It's kind of you to try not to cry in front of the other children. You don't say how old they are, but they must also be trying to cope with their little brother's death. Still, don't let that keep you from crying all the time when they are not around.
My heart goes out to you so much.0
