Hi, I did not have chemo, but I did have rads and was very lucky. If you are a brunette, not a red head or a blonde, you may not have much trouble. I worked every day and just took off at 2:30pm for treatment and then home. I was fine, just tired. I did not have any burning, but some do, and the gals on the sites can help you with their suggestions for lotions, etc. I just got a very brown breast and one pink one, but now, 3 years later, they are the same color again. Rads for me, anyway, was really nothing. God bless you and speed you onto good health! Dear sister, Shirlann0

Tommie - You are responding to a post from several years ago. (The date of the post is in the upper right corner). Lets both spend a moment thinking happy thoughts for the poster. That she is in the middle of a fabulous post treatment life! In the meantime, if you want to ask questions or get some support, or just be, please post again, anytime, on this site. You will find women with similar diagnoses and women with different diagnoses. But we are all joined. I have found lots of love and help here. Welcome! love, Joyce0
