Hello Ladies and Hello to all Newbies,
I am back from bringing my son home to the family after moving away 6 years ago. My son said as we were flying home how glad he was we took this time together to go home to see all the family. It was a special time for us together and for him to reconnect with the family, now that he is an adult and far from the little boy he left behind. It was nice that we came home to my parents looking really good after a tough start to the new year. I am so glad I had that time with my son as well, we needed that too, it has been a long couple months.
I am so sorry to hear of Wendy's passing, too soon since the loss of our dear Tiger. I know that it must have been a difficult time for many of you. I will miss her dearly and just know that the two will live on in each and every one of us. I have been here over a year now and the both of them have helped me deal with so much and for that I will be eternally grateful. I too will hear them roar forever more.
The trip took allot out of me and I am exhausted but sure it will only be a few days till I am back to my fighting self. I haven't got any results back from the tests and scan I had before going on my trip. I am being reassessed for cancer and can only hope that everything is OK. I was up and down and all around on my holiday but managed to enjoy the trip just the same. I hope my road of uncertainty comes to an end and I can get on with my life at hand.
I just want you to know I love you all and together we will find the strength to carry on where those two fine ladies have left off. I will be grateful forever to each and every one of you for sharing and caring through this site.
Be good to yourselves always,
Tara

Hi Tara,
I am glad you had a good time with your son and your family ! Family bonds are so important ! I also went on a week's vacation with my daughter, we stayed at my parents' in Toulon. My sister and her little family also live there, it was so good to see them all !
I hope you will soon find out what the problem is with your health. It must be so frustrating ! I am praying they do find out and that it is something they can cure easily.
I learned about Wendy through your post. I am so sorry... My love goes out to you, I know how hard it is to see loved ones go.
You are in my thoughts as always. Take good care, my friend.
Big hugs,
