Hi everybody, just wanted to wish you all a Happy Easter. Our son & his wife will be here tonight & then we will go to Ft. Worth & spend the week-end at our daughters spoiling the grandaughters. I hope you all have a good week-end.
I went to the Oncologist yesterday for my three month check-up since being on the Tamoxifen. Everything is going really well. He said my chances of a reaccurance is very slim. I know it could still happen but I am just going to live my life like I am going to live forever.
A report on my niece & great niece. My great niece is doing really well. She was moved to the Pediatric Ward yesterday. My niece on the other hand is still fighting for her life every day. She has pneumonia pretty bad. Yesterday she started running a fever. They have said all along the damage was in the 4th & 5th vertebrae. Now they think it is on up in the 3rd one also which means she will probably not be able to breath on her own. She is only 31 years old. Her daughter is 12. Thank you all for your prayers & concern for them. We will just trust that God has control of this situation. Judy

Hi Ellen, sorry to not respond sooner. We were out of town for a few days. Hot flashes are about the only thing that I have had a problem with since starting the tamoxifen. Sometimes they are pretty bad, sometimes not so bad. Did you have to have chemo or radiation? I didn't, thank goodness. Judyunknown said:This comment has been removed by the Moderator
