Urgent please

Hi ladies. I dont know how many of you get card assingments from "Chemo Angels" but I just got one. There is an eight year old girl turning nine on April1. She is in the last stages of leukemia. Her parents write that she will not make it to her next birthday. Could you please send her an E-Card? I mailed all my friends and asked them to do the same. Hopefully a deluge of love from all of us will make things easier on her and her parents. It makes me cry just thinking about how brave this little soul is. she was diagnosed when she was two. What a little trooper. Lets pray for her and hold her in our hearts.

    As soon as I finish this reply, I, too, will be sending a card to this little girl. Prayers, too, for her parents....this cannot be an easy time for them either. Thanks for letting us take part in this outreach. I think that I shall see if there is a simiilar program in our area.

    I am new to the Discussion Group. I have been reading messages since Oct. 2000, I have not had the,something to ask for all of your prayers and help. I am a 70 year old grandmother with 3 wonderful adult children and 3 wonderful grandchildren. I am sending a message to the little girl and parents.

    Yes, it is difficult to ask people for their prayers and help---especially when you do not know them. Just know that you are now in my thoughts and prayers. I hope that you will be able to post here often and let us know what is on your mind and how we can help. I also hope that you have gained some strength from reading the posts. Please feel free to e-mail me any time---I would love to hear from you. Where are you at in your "fight"? It sounds as if you have a very loving family to help you through this and that is GREAT!!!     jdmg, What do you mean you can not ask for prayers and help???That is why we are here!!! Post again and tell us your name and I will talk our my friend, GOD, about you everynight. I have a list of names I pray for everynight and every morning. Prayer is Awesome and will give you that inner peace we need to pull through this time. It makes my heart sad to think that you have been reading our postings for so long and not posting to anyone here. POST TO US and we will answer. Love to you, Nancy

    Hi Rosa, Sent a card just now and will send another on her birthday. We don't have to look very far to see others with a bigger worry, do we? I can not even imagine the pain of losing a child. Hope our cards will brighten the day for that little girl and her parents. Love to you, Nancy

    Hi Tiger,

    I will send the card right away. I also am going to email all my friends and ask them to send one. What a great idea. Such a young thing to have to face such a thing. I am sure this will be greatly appreciated.
