Hi, My dad was diagnosed in April 2000 with Squamous Cell Carcinoma also in the right lung. Unfortunately, my dad was at Stage IIIB when it was found. He underwent 6 weeks of radiation every day in August and September. He only received one dose of chemo due to formation of blood clots. He has now been diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer which has spread to the brain and is also unresectable. If you would like to email me, you can at littleredhugger@hotmail.com Thank you0

Whatever you do, make him attend treatments, and explore your options with cancer trials in your areas. My dad's cancer has moved 4 times now, and just now I am researching other options. There is a website about cancer trials that you can get to through the cancer. org website that will list experimental trials in your area. Check it out0
