Is there anyone out there with esophageal/stomach CA?

    Hello Back!! Yes, I was diagnosed last October with esophagus cancer. The most recent tests have shown
    no return of it. I have a ct tomorrow to be more sure.

    Hi! Well, good for you. My CT shows that the cancer has shrunk but is still there so I have surgery tomorrow morning the 28th. Anyway, hopefully, it will all be removed tomorrow and I can get back to normal. I was unable to work during all the treatments due to the intensity of it all. That 24hour chemo and daily radiation wore me out!
    Anyway, keep up the good work and say some prayers for me for tomorrow.

    My 76 year old mother was diagnosed with stomach cancer 12/00. Operated on 1/20/01 and had her entire stomach, spleen and part of esophogus removed. Still can't have anything by mouth, very depressed, many complications after surgery. Hospital stay was over a month and still has a drain and a J tube in her for feeding. Wish you the best and would like to communicate.
