Hi! Well, good for you. My CT shows that the cancer has shrunk but is still there so I have surgery tomorrow morning the 28th. Anyway, hopefully, it will all be removed tomorrow and I can get back to normal. I was unable to work during all the treatments due to the intensity of it all. That 24hour chemo and daily radiation wore me out!terensky said:Hello Back!! Yes, I was diagnosed last October with esophagus cancer. The most recent tests have shown
no return of it. I have a ct tomorrow to be more sure.
Anyway, keep up the good work and say some prayers for me for tomorrow.
Thanks, Trish0 -
My 76 year old mother was diagnosed with stomach cancer 12/00. Operated on 1/20/01 and had her entire stomach, spleen and part of esophogus removed. Still can't have anything by mouth, very depressed, many complications after surgery. Hospital stay was over a month and still has a drain and a J tube in her for feeding. Wish you the best and would like to communicate.
