HER2 NEGATIVE
I have been diagnosed with HER2 Negative breast cancer. This is my second breast cancer diagnosis in 12 years. I stopped chemotherapy for a number of reasons. Is anyone trying any natural remedies to slow the progression of the cancer or kill it all together?

There are no known natural remedies that will cure or kill cancer. No scientifically proven alternative treatments have been published or accepted by accredited doctors. There are now several immunotherapy drugs and ADC drugs to combat cancer and many of these are not has harsh as the standard chemo drugs. Ask your Oncologist about other treatment options. If you're hormone positive then hormone blockers can also be used.

Hello,
Sorry about the recurrence :-(
I have five suggestions two of them (1 and 3) being controversial:
- It would be quite risky and possibly lethal but you can try a strict keto diet. This diet reduces or eliminates the original tumor but at the risk of a metastasis. You will find plenty of medical discussions and research on it. The problem is cancer cells want to migrate when they are starved!
- Continuing the same line of thought, instead of a keto diet you may try a low glycemic index diet. It may weaken cancer and support your immunity without starving your cancer cells. But many people already do this and possibly you too…
- Look for an experimental treatment.
- Reiki as a form of therapy. Reiki is not a treatment as it has no medical value and it would not kill cancer cells. However it may act as a form of healing by making you feel better through human contact and perhaps this would support a biological mechanism in your body that fights cancer.
- You may wish to explore what is called the Wim Hof method also as a therapy (and not a treatment) and use what you think will help you, the breathing or the cold or both… I used the breathing technique for once when I was sick while on chemo experiencing extreme discomfort/pain and it helped me right away.
Best wishes.
