Upcoming Prostatectomy

Met with Nurse Practitioner today for "Final Diagnosis" and removal of catheter. After Biopsy in November I had one area of 3+5 Gleason and one area of 4+4 Gleason and 78 on decipher score.
Post prostatectomy the cancer was scored at 3+4 Gleason Gleason 7, Grade Group 2. Intraductal Carcinoma, Cribriform Glands —Not IdentifiedExtraprostatic Extension.
Urinary Bladder Neck Invasion, Serial Vesicle Invasion and Lymphatic and/or Vascular Invasion all were "Not Identified". Perineural Invasion was Present. All margins were negative. I consider myself fortunate for this report.
Catheter removed, I will need work in this area but am already connected with PT and I will follow the instructions. PSA in three months.
Post surgery, I over did it on day #2, causing abdominal pain while getting trash ready for pickup. But I felt so good…. Please don't do what I did, follow the doctors instructions. I am lucky I did no damage but did rest more the following days.
Thanks for encouragement prior to surgery, I received a lot of helpful information.
Kegels and walking are my friends for the time being.
