My oncologist loves that combination and has seen great results with women who have the profile that matches it. I know "profile" isn't the right term, but I'm too lazy to look it up to remind myself.

Hmmm, someone in another group also suggested i ask for genetic testing of the biopsied cells. The pathologist just said the cells on the slide matched the previous serous cells.

Jemperli was recently approved in Aug for all advanced endometrial cancer, especially those with pMMR/MSS biomarkers (previously only for dMMR/MSH-I). Not sure if it's worth asking your oncologist to see if you qualify now? I may ask my mom's oncologist about this one.

My mom started Enhertu not too long ago. Diagnosed back in October 2021 with USPC. Had surgery, chemo plus a year of keytruda/lenvima. Now Enhertu.

On her 6th cycle now and we are due for a CT to see how things are going for her. We will likely do one more treatment next week and delay the scan until early December as we plan to travel for most of November. The only reason why she is on Enhertu is due to her original pathology report after surgery shows her tumor being HER2+ 3+ IHC and Enhertu was recently approved for HER2+ 3+ IHC solid tumors. I'm hoping this drug works for her. There's a small para-aortic mass that did not respond to keytruda/lenvima (it did wonders for all her other mets and lesions as they completely vanished) so we are all hoping Enhertu will stabilize it or shrink it down the para-aortic mass.

thank you for this info!! I hate to hear of anyone waiting for tests, decisions and treatment to be available for them. Maybe you can explore to ID the reasons and ask how barriers can be removed.

great to hear of such progress! And that the Keytruda/Lenvi a combo is working for lots of people.

I'm glad that your mom did so well with Keytruda/Lenvima. I hope the Enhertu works now.

For me. it wasn't that I didn't quality for Jemperli; it doesn't fit the genetic profile of my tumor. Enhertu does, but I won't take it since it's chemo. Right now I'm getting Avastin as maintenance. At whatever point it stops working, my oncologist wants me to do the Keytruda/Lenvima because of the great results so many women get, but I'm leery of the side effects.

    Fingers crossed for your mom.

worm24, I wasn't sure what fenbendazole was and had to look it up. (I know doxil and mvasi - the latter aka Avastin) Am I reading correctly that fenbendazole is a medication given to treat a variety of parasites in dogs?

I can't say I am familiar with that in cancer treatment. Is this something a gyn onc or onc prescribed you? I can understand lots of people saying things to cancer patients that can sometimes give hope on something, but I would ask about the office first. And if it is a gyn onc or onc, I would ask for a second opinion on this.

    Hugs dear

No Dr told me about this. People I know have been taking ivermectin and fenbendazole to treat there cancer and it is working. I was just wondering if fenbendazole would work also

I see. I would check with the doctor because you don't want anything to interfere with what they are doing. I would hate to see you hurt yourself more because you are interfering with your treatment, and more importantly, hate to see anyone taken advantage by unfound science.

I am DEFINITELY no expert and I feel like this is somewhat of a guessing game but now that I have more positive news, I want to comment on the Fenbendazole/Ivermectin. I started this thread on page 1 having endometrial serious carcinoma and have also inquired about the self meds. I found out about the Fenben/Ivm when I had my first recurrence and was receiving radiation. I also was interested but too afraid it might interfere with the medical treatment I was receiving. I completed radiation and had a clear scan after. Cancer returned in the same place, retroperitoneal lymph nodes. I was given immunotherapy, Keytruda with Lenvima pill. I had quite a few bad reactions to the Lenvima then had another PET scan in Sept 2024. That's when I got dire results that the cancer has spread to another area. My oncologist told me "It's not looking good. The immunotherapy is not working so we're gonna stop that. We're running out of options. I don't have a trial for you and we might want to start looking into your medical directives" but she did want me to do chemo again as a treatment and this is where I decided I was gonna try the Fenben/Ivm. I started taking it the end of September and am currently undergoing chemo and taking Fenbendazole 5x/week and Ivm once/week and one day off. I was put in contact with a man in Oklahoma who is willing to talk to anyone about his story of being sent home to die after immunotherapy which did not work for him and that is the plan he followed and is cancer free now. I had a PET scan this month, Dec 9 2024, and it showed that where the cancer had spread to, had resolved and the lymph nodes where it keeps returning are "persistent yet improved". Now I have no way of knowing if that's due to the chemo, or the Dostarlimab (they added that to my regimen after I saw it had been approved for my type cancer ON HERE and asked about it, I've had 4 chemo treatments and 2 Dostarlimab), or the Fenben/Ivm but I'm gonna keep taking them. I don't feel like I am qualified to tell anyone else what to do but I just want to share my experience to date.

I have been told the oncologist could drop you as a patient if they know you're self medicating so I have not told mine but since these meds are not FDA approved, they will tell you not to take them. I do take a couple of other things to protect the liver if anyone wants more details. Nothing has shown up in blood work that has made them suspicious to ask me about. I have an aunt with ovarian cancer that takes Ivermectin every day that's why I say it's a guessing game. I struggled over which to take and what combination and I decided to take the majority of Fenben but who really knows? The Fenbendazole you can get in a pill form on Amazon. Ivermectin, in a pill, you are supposed to have a prescription for but you can get it. My aunt helped me with that. I hope everyone had a nice Christmas. Prayers for all!

What are the milligrams you take? On the Ivermectin did you mean you take it every other day? What chemo do you take? Thank you for your post!!

Sorry, one other thing, what do you take to protect your liver? I have the same type of cancer as you and it moved to the same lymph nodes as well. Last PET scan there were some spots on my lungs although very small. I go back for another PET scan on 1/8. I have been on Keytruda/ Lenvima with good results up until my last scan. My oncologist kept me on it though but will be changing it if needed once I have the new scan results. Thanks!!

I am taking one 222 mg capsule of Fenbendazole a day, 600 mg curcumin capsule 2x/day, 250mg Milk Thistle 2x/day (this is the one that helps protect the liver), and Hemp Seed Oil at night 5x/week. On the 6th day, 12 mg Ivermectin in place of the Fenben along with the curcumin, milk thistle, and hemp seed oil and then the 7th day, nothing. So, I only take Ivm once/week. My chemo consists of carboplatin and paclitaxel. Idk if you've heard of Joe Tippens. He's one of the first to try Fenben and is cancer free that you can look into. His plan is slightly different than what the guy in Oklahoma told me he does so that's why I say it's a guessing game on the dosage and frequency. All I can say is something in my treatment in the last 3 months has worked for me. Please share your PET scan results on Jan 8 if you would. Prayers for good results! 🙏
