30 year childhood Leukemia cancer survivor
Hi, my name is Rebecca. I was diagnosed with ALL November 15, 1988. I was 12 and in 7th grade. I was treated at the Valerie Center in Summit, NJ.
This year will be 30 years since my diagnosis and I'm doing pretty well . I'm looking to chat with fellow childhood cancer survivor and see how everyone is doing in their adulthood.

Hi Rebecca,
I have a very similar start.
The summer of 1988 I was diagnosed with ALL at 11 years old. I was overseas and treated at a research hospital in the UK and finished it out here in the USA.
I'm doing alright at 42 I suppose. But it has been a struggle. Please feel free to chat.

I’m also quite similar! My name also Rebecca!!! Diagnosed Nov 1989… I was 16 in 11th grade. I am now 51 and a 35 year survivor. Just now assessing my survivor effects… getting my head around what is normal aging and what is possible side effects from my chemo/radiation Therapy!

Hope you are doing well.
