Having a hard time excepting the fact that I have stage 4 bladder cancer!!

Getting the news and processing it is never easy. Sorry you have to deal with this. Some things to keep in mind.
1 - Take one day at a time
2 - Take advantage of support resources (such as counseling) at your treatment center. Many times these are free of charge.
3 - Learn about the disease, treatments available, and connect with other patients and survivors at bcan.org. It is the best source for curated medical information on bladder center on the internet.
4 - Learn more details about typical treatment protocols at nccn.org
5. There are several new treatments and clinical trials that are now available
6. If you want a second opinion or seek providers at the leading edge of bladder cancer treatment and research, engage with a NCI hospital near you
7. There are many things that we cannot control, such as cancer. But what we can control is our how we react to the situation in which we find ourselves.
