Gerald White Guided Imagery
I read his book, but my recommendation is you get your hand on his guided meditation CD. It's really great.
He hand wrote a note in the book for me when I ordered it. A very loving and supportive man.
Look for his meditation CD. MAARS I think it's called Mind Activated Antigen Recognition System. Google him. You'll find it.
You can find info on guided imagery on Smart Patients website also. There's a group there.

Gerald White
Gerry is a very interesting and a very strong willed man. I spoke to him at some length when I first got Cancer, I received his book and CD at that time. The CD is very helpful, I used to use it every night I now intermix it with others. I believe his Cancer returned last year unfortunately but the last I heard he was working just as hard with his tried and tested method along with treatment to beat it a again.

I knew GW well. His guided imagery saved be during my cancer journey. He had people from all walks of life. He made GI programs for MS, PTSD and children...if a stranger called with a life problem he helped cater a program for them. I know why He wasn't on here. This is a good resource but do the people at the top really care or career? He was genuine and didn't worry about politics and committees. He was a brilliant engineer and he dedicated the last 23 years of his life to help others. I could tell miracle stories that I saw. His guided imagery made my personal cancer journey feel like an opportunity to love rather than a curse. God used his calm voice to bring me peace, love, hope and even joy. He was a Cancer Warrior with a heart bigger than Texas.

He wasn't on here bc he didn't fit the corporate mold of cancer societies. He was the real deal. He didn't mince words about so called non-profits. When I had cancer I had no true assistance but from him. These foundations and societies all have one goal... executive power and money made masquerading as altruistic. He truly practiced love. To see such a tacky innuendo is disheartening. He walked the walk and was a blessing and deep friend to anyone who ask for his help.
