    Hi,

Usually your readings will bounce around after radiation treatments for months then kind of stabilized. You might be at that point, you have only varied a few tenths of a point since 8/7/23. Further PSA readings will confirm, hang tight. What does your doctor say?

Yes; more significantly, these numbers look good.

    Be happy!

    Hi,

Radiation treatments do not kill all the Prostate tissue so you will always have some reading. Just make sure the numbers are relatively stable over time whatever that number is, some variations will occur.

After the radiation treatment, it’s either arise of 2 mg or three straight rises which you have none of. I had it in 2018 myself and my PSA rose from 0.8 to 1.8 3 straight rises went for a PSMA scan that showed cancer was still there schedule for salvage prostrate surgery on April 1. If I was you, I’d ask him for a PSMA scan.

You can certainly try, but I doubt that a PSMA scan ($$$) will be approved for a situation such as this. Rob's PSA test results are still under nadir + 2.
