Healios question- amount of water

Hello,

I just received an order of healios and it says to take 1 scoop of it with 25ml to 100ml of water.

To those that drink Healios, how much water do you use?

The bottle has 25ml, 50, 75, 100 and even 125.

Will 25ml of water benefit me more with 1 scoop than if I diluted it with 100ml?

I am probably overthinking it as I tend to do!

I ordered orange, tastes good. Its expensive but easier than taking l glutamine tablets that might get hard to swallow.

    Hi rpclark,

    went with 50ml , feel like the Healios really did work for me. Good luck with it.

    Just saw it on Amazon. For once I’m grateful Amazon comes nearly daily to our house. Not buying anything yet, just saving to my cart for later as needed.

    I have seen posts on here about healios but didn't get any until now when I have a sore on the back of my throat. Wish I would have started taking it week 1 as precautionary not the end of week 5!

    Really hoping it helps with that sore and stops other sores from happening as well but I know its not guaranteed.

    My radiation team suggested healios and i got some good feedback from those that have used it.

    Its expensive but wanted to try it!
