My story
I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer back in 2016. Had my prostate removed laparoscopically. At the time I was told it was good we did it when we did because cancer was staring to leak out of one of the biopsy sites. My PSA had remained below 1.0 since I had it removed.

I’m getting concerned with the continued climb. Have an appointment next week. Will keep ya posted.

It is unfortunately clear that the surgery didn't remove all of the cancer.
It is also unfortunate that no action was taken earlier (as far as I can tell). I agree that a scan is likely in your near future. You may have to get a medical oncologist on your team.
I hope that a good treatment plan can be developed; the sooner, the better.

In case you are wondering, these three posts are directed at the same talk by a well-known professor at UCLA (Dr Reiter). He presents a method that can be used when a few lymph nodes have prostate cancer. The cancerous lymph nodes are identified by a PSMA scan and subsequently removed by robotic surgery.
Quite interesting!
