in Uterine/Endometrial Cancer #1

Just sharing, 5 years ago today I was recovering from a few hours post surgery, scared of the results, even though the surgeon said there was nothing else seen. A week later I got the pathology results, no malignancy seen in the hysterectomy specimen. I still did not believe it. Here it is 5 years later I am starting to believe. Hope for those out there. I had serous endometrial epithelial carcinoma.

    Congratulations on reaching this major milestone! I don't think any of us will ever forget these critical dates. (I even remember that my surgery ended at 1:31 p.m.) Hope you're doing something extra-special to celebrate this one! Cheers!!
