Do I insist on a biopsy

So I went to the doctors because I had a swollen armpit. I’m not a small girl so I wasn’t sure if it was just fat but it became uncomfortable but because I have have fibromyalgia I wanted to get it checked. but it is only on one side and is visible with my arm down sorry not sure how to explain it. One doctor dismissed me as it being my weight which I expected, second opinion was concerned so sent me for an ultrasound because mammogram not recommended for under 40, was told results expected beginning of next week. I think I’m over thinking it but thinking do I insist on a biopsy if they dismiss me again? Or should I be satisfied if ultrasound is clear?

    If ultrasound is clear, I would be happy with it. I'm a big girl, and had cancer scare with my liver and they ran many tests but cancer board determined it was fatty deposits, so I went with their decision because they know more than me.
