can a tumor grow on the outside of the vagina and what does the lump look like im 33 , and there is no cancer history in my family

    Yes, I had a tumor grow off my left ovary. I was diagnosed with stage 3 endometrial cancer when I was 34 after exploratory surgery. I didn't have a lump.

    Yes it can. I hope you have an appointment or have already seen your doctor. It could be not be cancer but it is possible. Good luck.
