Need help in understanding cancer language

This was on a biopsy report and of course makes no sense to me. Can anyone explain? Thank you

 Interpretation: No loss of nuclear expression of MMR proteins, low probability of MSI-H

MLH1 M1 Intact expression

MSH2 G219-1129 Intact expression

MSH6 SP93 Intact expression

PMS2 A16-4 Intact expression

    It means you are MSS. Your tumor is a typical one found in most CRC. Generally you would not be a candidate for immunotherapy and some other therapies

    What are your mutations, kRAS, bRAF ect. Do you see that on the report? If not have them them run the test if you are stage III or IV?
