First off, congrats on getting through your neph!
As for the shoulder pain, it's probably the gas from the surgery trying to escape your body. It'll dissipate in time. Until then, ice packs or heat packs can help. And walking - whenever possible, go for a walk around your house.
Each day after should be better for you - here's to your continued healing!

I fully agree. I had my right kidney removed a little over a month ago, and my shoulder and collarbone were in major pain, right where they put a tube in that area. The surgeon said that I shouldn’t feel that way after the surgery but I assure you, I felt that pain on top of my area of surgery and the organs being so tender. It’s painful, but should go away eventually. My pain in that area lasted for about 2 weeks. please do make sure to address this with your doctor regardless. Take care!

Hi masaaf good to hear you're doing better with that shoulder pain. Your body has been through a lot. Keep being observant and reporting concerns but try to be patient with the healing process. Hang in there!
