    Hi

I think that you mean lack of erections. This is a common side effect in prostatectomies. However, the nerves controling erections at the surrounding of the prostate are dissected together with the gland which can affect any physical desire, but it wouldn't affect if the wish is mental.

Many guys and myself used pumps and pills ou injections to stimulate and to lead to erections. My surgeon at the time post RP recommended constant massages of the balls and penis to avoid atrophy.

    You may try the same.

    Hi,

For several months after my surgery I had anxiety about having erections and being able to perform. Your problem like mine could be part mental, part physical, that will surely depress you. Try Viagra or some of the other pills to help along with erections. You can take over a year to heal after your surgery, some shorter, some longer. I know with me it took about a year to get a good erection which can really boost your confidence in the bedroom.

Give it some time, depending on what they had to remove you might have a lot more healing to do.

    Hi,

For lack of desire, I would asked my Testosterone panel to be checked as first step.

if it is about not being able to have an erection, it might be to soon after RP and you might need more time up to 2 years or even more. Interesting would be to know if you have any feelings down there even with very small movements like going into tumescent state?

Important is to work on penile rehabilitation using all available means.
