I have Endometrial adenocarcinoma-stage 4 and am on keytruda for life.  Other Then usual side effects, I am noticing gaps in thinking.  I jump topics, get dates wrong, and my sequencing skills are in disarray.  Anyone else have this?  I hate making a commitment since my timing is off!!

    How traumatizing was the diagnosis?

Some can take cancer in stride, while others (most patients) are greatly affected, emotionally. Normally called chemo-brain of chemo-fog, studies are finding that it seems to be a form of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Unless your ddifficulties are a side effect of the Keytruda, then you might look into counseling or therapy to deal with your cognitive issues. Just a thought.

    Uterine Cancer Board

There are members on the uterine cancer board taking or have taken Keytruda who have posted about their experiences. Feel free to read or ask anything there. We are an active bunch!

Keyruda worked great for me for one year controlling Mr. C. Side effects were slow thinking, getting dates and times mixed up the typical ones. I felt great. NED😊 Then Mr. C returned. Now, I am on avastin. A new curve n this journey🙏
