Clinical trials good or bad news ?

Hello so finally heard from clinical trials . They sent the referral back to oncologist saying phase 1 clinical trials not right for my dad .Now if I'm not mistaken that is good news right ? Some in family take it as bad just looking for thoughts ?  To me it means there is still hope with other treatments .I

    I agree

    The oncologist never gives clear we still don't fully understand why his chemo was stopped.  Your right I need more info from clinical trial people gonna call them .But I asked them if this was good news they said yes so it's confusing . We got tons of appointments coming up with proton radiation other oncologists and I just wish things were more clear. Also yes he gets around good but does have pain .
