Diet

Hi. Harmony,

I am on the Fodmap diet due to excessive diarrhea after 28 external radiation treatments and three brachy. It is low fiber to make colon less active. I just downloaded the grocery shopping list online. It seems to have pretty many choices and is working well for me. I am no dairy as well. I do take a probiotic twice a day. I drink decaffeinated camomile tea. I am trying to not take any imodium or stool softeners. I am staying close to home. Hugs.
