I am very nervousThis is an older thread, you might not find answers but the high CEA/nothing on scans issue is frequently discussed. In short, it does happen for some people, and it could mean a lot of things, from a stable tumor that is too small to show up on imaging tests to varying sensitivities among the population in general. You will learn over time whether CEA number is a meaningful marker for you.
