Chemo nausea
Hi All-
Just wanted to say I have had great success in quelling chemo nausea by drinking tart cherry juice the morning of chemo. I drink about 1/2 cup. The brand I use is Smart Juice Tart Cherry. Next I am going to try drinking it every morning of chemo to see if I can feel even better on the second and third days.
I hope this helps someone going through the nausea of chemo.

Happy Day!
I am happy that you have found something that works, and I hope that it does the trick throughout your treatment.
My husband drinks Tart Cherry combined with Cranberry juice, cut with water or some other juice, every morning; and it has done wonders for stubborn kidney stones, that were stuck at the bottom of his right Kidney, and he has had no formation of new ones, in years.
Thank you for the heads-up.

Potassium
Tart Cherry Juice saves me from the terrible muscle cramps I get following strenious manual labor. I used to get whole body cramps until I discovered the juice is rich in potassium.
Thanks for sharing that tip Kelly. It may make the difference to someone! I have found relief for my wife from tips on this forum and I am forever grateful for the tips saving her from unnecessary suffering.
