Accupressure Points
As crazy as it may sound accupressure points have helped my wife get by some of the nausea. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/pressure-points-for-nausea#tips She has gotten relief from P6, LI4, and ST36 in the images from the article. We have been using accupressure for breathing and anxiety for years with good success.

Gem Gems
I use the "Gem-Gem" ginger chews which are made from tapioca starch. They have 3 grams of sugar per piece. I have tried the regular and the orange-ginger. The orange-ginger is awesome but I think the regular ginger works better for the nausea. I order them from amazon.com, like almost everything else since I am not well enough to go shopping irl.
