Cologuard Thoughts on a positive finding?

SedativeTrubrit said:Must ask
It is best to ask what medication they use during a colonoscopy. Allot of places use Propofol, but the rural hospital I had my colonoscopies, used a sedative, which never really worked on me, so I was awake - albeit drowsy, throughout the whole procedure. Enough that I could feel what was going on, and even see the screen.
My first was done by sedative (twilight sleep) and it didnt work on me either. The whole procedure was done while I'm laying there watching the whole thing and hearing them talk. Propofol works much better on me.

Cologuard
Well an update since most people don't . Had my colonoscpy. Doc found 5 polyps 4 very small but one whooper at 16mm. Sent out for tests but she told me 99% she is sure not to worry about it.
Anyway it's been a week hopefully no news is good news. The cologuard did work and got me to the doctor, but like most other post it was a expensive as now i'm paying for much of the procuedure.
Poeple who are worried about the pep and fasting and a camera in the backside need not worry. It kinda felt good and cleansing LOL
Anyway I would never do Cologuard again.

It is good to hear from you, and to find out that you have had your scope, got rid of pesky polyps and feel pretty confident that all is well. I hope you find out for sure soon, and you can get on with your life.
It is a happy day when we can say goodbye to someone, and know they are heading off to live a long, full life. We don't get that often enough here.

It does. In fact I asked my doctor to remove my thumb when they did it. She was counting down and i think I mentioned that when she hit 9 on counting down from 10 to 1. Still questionable whether my thumb is still there (WE GOTTA KEEP LAUGHING)
