Hoarse voice with PMBL

I discovered lymphoma (a big mediastinal mass)because one day I had trouble talking. My voice is distorted and it takes several breath to finish one sentence. Now I'm scheduled for 3rd cycle of chemotherapy next week. This problem has improved a little bit but not very significant. Doctors showed little concerned in last cycle and said it should go away once the mass is not preesing the nerve that control the vocal cord.

This is probably a rare symptom because I don't know anyone with the same problem. Is there anyone with the same experience?

    Sorry to hear of this

I do know that oftentimes it will takes nerves a considerable amount of time to heal and regenerate after being damaged for any reason. Being impinged upon by a tumor falls into this category.
