My Journey

TCK,
I'm glad to hear you've turned the corner. Once you come out of the corner, you'll hit the throttle, and it should all start coming together!
To me, it sounds like you're ahead of the curve. Most people are still struggling 12 days out, and you're already starting to feel better.
The taste / eating issues are very challenging. I can remember being in your position. I'd go to a grocery store at lunch break, and just wander the aisles ... wondering what I might be able to eat. It was tough, but I eventually found things that engaged my surviving taste buds. Anyway, at this point, you're going to start slowly finding foods that will taste good again.
Hang in there, it may seem slow at times - but before you know it, you'll be looking back on all of this!
