Anyone else posting from bed
Usually I'm up and out the door early but not today. Keeping busy takes my mind off my boob but today I'm just still. I keep thinking of all the possible ways I created this toxic environment, and am I still doing it and trying to figure out my next step besides all the many I've already done is overwhelming. I'm not complaining, I am thankful for another beautiful day and for my life. I just wonder do you have thoughts like this? Thanks for stopping by and may your day be filled with peaceful thoughts. Peace
I hope your day in bed helped heal your soul. We all need a day of rest and reflection. I too have spent time trying to figure out why this happened to me and ways to stay healthy moving forward. My onocologist explained that it all has to do with your immune system and how it reacts to the toxins in your life. Working hard to eliminate as many as I can! Farewell to a toxic environment-physical,mental and emotional!

I ended up at the park laying in the sun. Yes I am working it out with God's help. Lots of tears but I must trust that all things work together for my good and that he will not put more on us than we can bare. If my story can help and encourage someone then there's no better place to be than experience.

I have been writing in bed all evening as I spend more time in bed now. I was diagnosed with a recurrence at stage 4 after 7 years in remission? I am not sure if it is due to the cancer, old age, self-pity, medication side-effects... Sometimes it is just to cuddle with my three unbelievably amazing cats and an excuse to be really warm and just sleep or read. Who knows... Best wishes
